Estate Ikal occupies three hectares of the Ranchos ridge, its eight suites spread across separate casitas so a large party can be together for dinner and apart by eleven. A spa pavilion, a gym and an infinity edge that blurs into the horizon do the rest; a security detail is available on request. It is the most private address we hold, and the one guests still describe as “ours” months later.
